Partner Plus Media, a fast paced, global media company, are currently looking to appoint a Proof chaser to support our production team.

Our ever expanding team boasts seasoned professionals wanting to excel at what they do and provide exceptional service to prestigious clients worldwide. Based in our Bispham offices in Blackpool, we are a fast paced team working to impress.

The job will be office based.

They will be assisting the production department, to meet our production schedules.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a self-directed, quick thinking, fun and a high-energy team player. The candidate will have good communication skills, a can-do attitude and openness to jump in to help when needed. They should be able to multi-task and act quickly in a fast- paced work environment. We are looking for a candidate that has good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.

Duties will include;

  • Emailing

  • Making calls

  • Updating our CRM

SKILLS NEEDED
Desirable skills, experience and qualifications

Educated to A-Level or equivalent (desirable).

Experience of using CRM systems (desirable) and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (desirable).

Experience in administration.

Experience in an office environment would be desirable. Should be able work under pressure and to deadlines

  • They will be provided with training and support from day one within the organisation.

  • They must be hard working.

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally.

  • Should be able to effectively and efficiently problem solve.

  • They should be friendly, professional and able to build and develop strong professional relationships.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
