Partner Plus Media have dedicated designers, relationship managers and innovative team members to help us promote, educate and engage our communities. They help us maintain stock levels, make content suggestions and develop ideas to help us “cast the net” wider to find individuals and families who can benefit from one or more of our services. We have recently expanded our services and Partner Plus Media are helping us to do that by developing new content to reach patients sooner, and we will be using key advance care planning information to prepare ourselves and our wonderful patients for the journey. Partner Plus Media is developing key resources for our inpatient and decedent care facilities, which will be a pioneering, personalized concept to assist our families through life, living and what comes next.
