March 2024 - Neil Vincent
It’s our favourite time of the month, where we shine the spotlight on our Employee of the Month for March. This month, we’re celebrating one of our wonderful and highly experienced designers, Neil Vincent!
Neil has worked for Partner Plus Media for several years now and has brought with him decades of design and print experience. He has continued to hone his craft here, consistently producing high-quality, luxury designs for a great number of our important hospice and funeral home venues.
More recently, Neil has taken on projects for several big groups of hospices to produce their bespoke guides. Liaising on a regular basis with clients both on the phone and via Zoom, Neil is committed to ensuring not only that clients are happy with the design and content of their books, but also that the books adhere to each group’s specific brand guidelines.
Without ever needing to be asked, Neil is driven to do whatever is needed at that moment to perform his role to the best of his ability and to the satisfaction of his clients. His proactive approach and positive attitude is admirable and this shows in the results of his work.

February 2024 - Greg Barker
Announcing our Employee of the Month is a highlight for us here at Partner Plus Media. Although choosing just one person is difficult, we love to highlight individuals who have really gone above and beyond in their role. Our Employee of the Month for February is none other than Greg Barker.
Greg is an incredibly valued member of our team here, not only professionally but also personally. His consistently positive and friendly approach to each working day is infectious and is testament to his resolute character.
Greg has burned brightly at Partner Plus Media for over 5 years now and remains an essential part of our team. As Production Coordinator, Greg is tasked with taking payments, inputting all new contracts onto our system, and assisting with queries relating to the production department. No matter what is asked of him, Greg is always willing to step up and offer a helping hand at a moment’s notice. ‘Team player’ doesn’t even cover it!

December 2023 - Andrew Greenwood
At Partner Plus Media, we always take the time to recognize and celebrate exceptional dedication within our team. Today, we're thrilled to shine the spotlight on Andrew Greenwood, who has earned the well-deserved title of Employee of the Month!
Andrew is a true asset to the Partner Plus Media team. A true perfectionist, Andrew shows continued commitment to his role as proofreader/copy editor, consistently ensuring that every publication we create is completely faultless and of the highest quality possible. Andrew also stands out for the positivity and kindness that he brings to the workplace, always going above and beyond to assist his colleagues and friends at work.
More recently, Andrew's impact has also extended to our social media presence. In the online posts he has written, Andrew’s creativity and hard work has really shone through as he has helped to significantly contribute to our online community engagement.

November 2023 - Tracey Thompson
At Partner Plus Media, we take pleasure in acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our exceptional team members. This month, we're pleased to shine the spotlight on one of our longest-serving and most accomplished staff members, Tracey Thompson, who has consistently demonstrated excellence as an Inside Sales Executive.
Tracey is an invaluable member of our organization, having forged and continuing to nurture productive working relationships with our outside sales team. Tracey’s work ethic is nothing short of exemplary; she approaches every working day with a positive attitude and is known for always going the extra mile. Not to mention she is an incredibly well-liked figure around the office and has across-the-board admiration from both her peers and senior management. Quite simply, she is a credit to the company.

Dave is a highly valued member of the PPM team, collaborating closely with the sales department to offer invaluable support and data. He has consistently demonstrated his dedication by readily filling in for team members during their absences, often extending his work hours to always support the team the best he can.

At Partner Plus Media, we take immense pride in recognizing exceptional dedication within our team. Today, we're thrilled to celebrate a remarkable achievement - Imago Barker's second-time win as our Employee of the Month award.

April 2023 - Ray Threlfall
The employee of the month for April goes to Ray Threlfall!
Ray is a long-serving and integral part of our team and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver first-class service to each of our clients.
As many of you know, Ray has a bit of an obsession with cars. We're pretty sure he spends more time under the hood than he does at his desk! But we are happy to say that this passion and attention to detail carries over to his work, and our clients benefit from it every day.

February 2023 - Matt Hughes
It's official - Matt Hughes, our Business Development Manager, has earned the title of Employee of the Month of February!
His perseverance in embracing into the newer media, Country Clubs, and stepping up to the plate during challenging times has been nothing short of inspiring.
We're not sure if it's your secret stash of brown sauce or your collection of golf club pens, but keep up the good work!

It is with great pleasure that we share the news that Caleb Vaughan has been selected as January's Employee of the Month.

We are so proud to have him as part of our team. Andrew has consistently gone above and beyond his duties and has been so patient with the sales representatives and for the whole organization. He is truly an exemplary employee and has been an excellent role model for the team.
